The RebrickMat currently ships to USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Australia and New Zealand. You will receive an email from help@rebrickable.com with the tracking information once it has shipped.
For everything else, each product may be printed by a different print-fulfillment center. Each center can have different shipping rates for different products.
The default printing centers used by Rebrickable Merch are as follows. In some cases, a different printer may be used if items are out of stock or there is a geographically closer one to you.
Use these rates as an indication only, actual costs may vary.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at help@rebrickable.com with the details and photos of the problem.
There are no returns for items that are not defective.
